How do you want Kabila to name a government when le bureau definitif de l'assemblee nationale n'est pas encore en place? I don't know about you but when he will name his Prime minister,the PM will go and present his government a un bureau provisoire? I don't know about ou but I find it quite, u knw.

They started this shit after the independence, in some nganda in "chateau d'eau", "chateau rouge", "matonge porte de namur", "tottenham"... during Mobutu & Tshitshi regime ....... then when Mzee Kabila took power they went back to those Nganda to vova vova encore et toujours kie kie kie ...... then J.Kabila took power, but they kept doing politics in those nganda, suddenly they discovered internet and youtube as new tools for nganda politics ...... then Kabila got reelected unfortunately they kept doing nganda talks. Those nganda talks mutated in some nganda trash talk, nganda intox, nganda insults, nganda bullies, nganda march, nganda threats, nganda carnival army, nganda fake revolution, nganda extremism, nganda delinquency, nganda criminals and finally nganda murders. If you follow this timeline folks don't be surprised if you heard about some nganda suicide soon.....

I know uncles, friends who passed away and wasted their entire life doing nganda talks.... A la suite de la fracassante révélation de nos confrères de L’Observateur, évoquant le fait que Abou Lô, notre tout nouveau ministre de la Communication, aurait renoncé à sa nationalité sénégalaise pour acquérir celle allemande, ce dernier avait fait la promesse d'en parler après sa passation de service avec Moustapha Guirassy. A l’arrivée, le ministre de la Communication a zappé la question de sa nationalité. Même pas le plus petit mot. Seulement, à en croire le journal Libération, Abou Lô n’a pas le choix. Selon des sources citées par le journal, Abou Lô est bel et bien allemand, après avoir renoncé à sa nationalité sénégalaise. Un Allemand ministre au Sénégal ?
