I would like to submitt a smiliey or two that can be added to the "smilies list." Where do I go or what do I do, and are we allowed to submitt smilies?

I use Jasc software to make my stuff. ;)

And yes, I made my smilies myself. I use smileys from another forum I frequent as a template.
