desertpunk December 14th, 2012, 09:40 PM Very nice!
isaidso December 15th, 2012, 06:29 PM Supposedly a Target will move into the base.
Eric Offereins December 17th, 2012, 10:21 PM another massive project!
tim1807 December 19th, 2012, 09:58 PM Pretty cool towers. Fit well in this dense area.

timo9 January 14th, 2013, 12:29 AM The render look great!
Innsertnamehere January 14th, 2013, 03:06 AM apparently ground-breaking for the office tower is this week, but they have been shoring the entire site for excavation for the last couple of weeks, so there is lots of speculation on what exactly is getting built as of right now. (the general consensus, though not confirmed, is that it will be the office tower and the base)

koolio January 15th, 2013, 01:57 AM Wow ... so if you're heading eastbound on the Gardiner, it will literally seem as if you're driving directly into this building. Awesome lol.
Innsertnamehere January 15th, 2013, 02:06 AM 10 york will block that view, it will seem like your car will be split in half by the point of it! lol. sort of stupid that they are going for a branding spot that will just be blocked by another tower a year or two after this one is built.
also, could a mod change the title to "Harbour Plaza Residences" instead of "90 Harbour"?
isaidso January 15th, 2013, 11:09 AM I wish the office building was black like TD Centre. This area is in desperate need of some variation in colour and/or materials.

White would look great too, much like the cladding on One Park Place in Regent Park. I don't know how it will 'weather' after many years, but it would definitely be interesting looking on the skyline in all white.

The white cladding on that Regent Park building is a pleasant surprise.

This image puts into perspective how far the traditional CBD is from the lake shore. First Canadian Place is about 1 km from the water. All these new buildings south of the Gardiner Expressway are doing a great job of re-connecting that area back to the city. Before it always felt severed.
Redkey January 16th, 2013, 07:55 AM Holy hell that office tower looks horrible.
Marco Polo January 16th, 2013, 10:31 AM very SOLID, if a touch stumpy

tim1807 April 19th, 2013, 07:47 PM One York Street indeed looks fat. But these towers are great.
ChesterCopperpot April 19th, 2013, 08:01 PM I like how the CN Tower is moving as part of this proposal
