anze April 23rd, 2012, 07:47 AM wow! I really like this project :)
Its also great that you decided to make smaller capacity, because otherwise stadium would be ampty all the time.
mwahmed April 23rd, 2012, 08:04 AM Amazing Starting @JMGV
JMGV196 April 24th, 2012, 12:52 AM ^^ Thanks guys!!
@Anze: well, it's also going to be based in Juventus Arena, which was made smaller to prevent the emptiness :D If I'm not wrong it can seats around 40,000 people (Small for such an important club).
xdexina April 24th, 2012, 10:39 PM Nice to see finally a stadium being built! :applause:
Evrasia 99911 April 24th, 2012, 10:49 PM Looks interesting - interesting to watch this!
I can't say anything about the color of the stadium - Take these colors:
brown, orange, white
JMGV196 April 26th, 2012, 12:57 AM ^^ Thanks! @Evrasia, not sure about it... And the colors of the club are black, white and red:

earthbuilder April 26th, 2012, 07:48 AM looks nice! :) Though I belive that you should add another tribune "floor" since it is made for A.C.Milan. I mean, their ticket sale wouldn't last with only 2 floors would it? :)
kenersej April 26th, 2012, 11:01 AM Awesome!
F.C. Copenhagen <3
JMGV196 April 28th, 2012, 03:20 AM ^^ Thanks guys!
EB: I think the word you're looking for is 'tier' ;) As I said to Anze, this stadium will be based in Juventus Arena:
http://i.telegraph.co.uk/multimedia/archive/01992/inside_1992920i.jpg
You can see it is very small for such a club as Juventus. That's because their former stadium was too big and had bad visibility. There was a time in 2001 when only 200 fans went to see a match between Juventus and Fiorentina (if I'm not wrong). My design team and I (:D) have decided to make this stadium around 50-60,000 people to avoid the emptiness.
Stadio de AC Milan: U/C 'First Tier' -15.00m
Advanced a lot since the last update... Added trees to make it more realistic. Dreinage system is almost done. Dressing rooms just started to be constructed, if you see the image slowly, you may advice there are some little white points in the ground. Those are the pipes for the showers ;) Cranes are already there! It's planned to add at least three more cranes.

Dressing rooms are almost done. All supports are installed and the floor of the first tier of seats starts to be constructed! Meanwhile, in the other side of the terrain, the mayor parking is still in excavation stages. But finally it reached the height needed.

Is there anyway you could incompare these column in to the walls. That area behind the coloumns in the hallway will never be used.
Make the changing room bigger? Or maybe make that space into a glass display, and display different histroical things behind it. :P

I was thinking of making a couple of technical rooms there. I already thought about the historical things, so I started to do a museum. You will see it in the next pictures, where I show the stadium, the underground parking and the museum.

Great job! all that with sketch up, it is impressive....
Are you doing it for the representation of the sequences of construction? a bit like a 4D model of Revit , 3D + Time?
In this case there is some imperfections for some constuction tasks : for exemple, you erect the cladding of the stadium without any reinforcement / protection against the wind. We, as builders, can not erect a "flag wall" without connection to the slab behind or at least with steel beams for stabilization...
Tell me what is your purpose! I design and erect stadiums in other countries.
JMGV196 October 7th, 2012, 12:28 AM Stadio de AC Milan: U/C 'Second Tier, Fan Shop, Landscape +20.0m'
Working Hard!
The roof of the stadium is starting to get installed. I like how it looks ;) Grass
is starting to grow again, paths to enter the stadium are also under
construction. Fan shop is 55% done. Still need to finish with its cladding.
Seats are about a 70% done. There's going to be a park with giant led
screens, showing some of the club legends or big moments. Hope you like
this.

Pompeyfan: I decided not to fix it, because i didn't think of that
before, so the seats were not placed in a "strategic" position. After I did
what you said to me, it looked disorganized.
Bieber: Thanks. Well, I didn't think of that before... I was using the
"Bird's Nest" construction as a role model for this. I did almost everything
following what the video said. (You can watch the video on page 1)
pompeyfan October 7th, 2012, 12:47 AM One other way of going about it is to remove the seating from that row, which creates a small walkway for people to get from the stairs to the entranceway.
cSaints October 7th, 2012, 07:50 AM I mentioned a couple pages back that your entrances on the second tier were in the wrong places but you disagree with me? :dunno:
EDIT: I think this is what me and pompeyfan mean;

Dubai Skyscraper December 1st, 2012, 10:26 PM amazing finishing :applause: my only suggestion is to use better trees, these are a little... weird :D
JMGV196 December 1st, 2012, 11:01 PM Thanks a lot!!! Well... those trees are some of Google's generic trees... I had to use them because Kerkythea crashed with the other trees...
Dubai Skyscraper December 1st, 2012, 11:20 PM i'm sure you can find better trees which are also low-poly and won't crash Kerky :)
