This huge redevelopment in Kita-Shinagawa will see the construction of 4 new towers. The highest tower is a 143m high office tower, followed by a 141m high residential. The 2 other towers are under 100m, you can find the info on them bellow.

News of the start of construction was posted in the Construction newspaper. The ground breaking ceremony took place on 04/19.

You can see that a platform was constructed for Tower A-1, so the foundation works are completed and now the site is being dug out for the 2 underground floors.

Momo , why this project isn't constructed in phases like the big majority of others multi towers 's projects in Tokyo ?

Just 1 overview picture since non of the buildings are above street level yet. Although the 1st signs that this will happen soon are there in the picture, but this is not yet one of the taller towers in the project.
