Oh man, this one looks horrid. As in a cheap new-school commie block. I hope it's just a bad render.

Yeah, the renderings that they've released aren't great, but I think the buildings will turn out alright.

From what I hear, The Met and Murano have been selling like hotcakes. I wouldn't be surprised to see these guys start rising within 6 months, assuming all behind-the-scenes work is already complete.

I think both of them have recently been approved. So this is great news!
