NEC Supertower (1990. Nikken Sekkei, 180m/591ft)
NEC’s headquarters is probably the tallest and most outstanding corporate building in Tokyo.

Canon HQ is in Shimomaruko, quite far from central Tokyo but still in the city limits. There they have several buildings and a wall enclosing the whole complex, so I couldn’t see much. They have a taller building (144m/473ft) in Shinagawa.
