Well right behind it on McCaul St. (just below Collge st.)there's been a big hole dug, where there used to be a park. I haven't seen the hole up close but I can tell it's pretty deep. And the windows on one of the older buildings have been covered up with wood(The side that's facing the construction). And there's already a small orange crane going up. Anyone know about this project?

Some sort of rodent hotel for the r&d conducted in the area was proposed to start construction sometime this fall
