its too small imo.. its too fat and wide on the second pic.. 5.5. if this were like 150m i would have given this a 8. fat and small dont fit for me

7 Sleek and beautiful

8 I really like it- but why do the dutch spell it "center"

It's one of the best in Rotterdam. A minor flaw are the neon tubes on the sides....they are blue instead of the obvious choice of green.
I've been inside once and at the time I felt that the workspace was rather small.
Also (if I remember well) it was designed by a Japanese architect ? Does anyone have more info on that ?

And 'centre' would have been better than 'center', agreed.

*edit: the architect isn't Japanese, but Dutch, as I've found out*

I won't reply on this one because I live in Delft which is only a 10 minutes drive from Rotterdam. Obviously everybody likes this building for it's looks.
A specialty of this building is that it has been built on top of the old complex which was built in 1939. The pillars on which the building rests actually stick through the roof of the old building. and the foundation had to be built within the old structure as well.
