Seriously hoping this is an other tower being built and not a part of the existing Belleza cluster. If yes then it is a welcome project. Also Hoping to see renders, height, no. of floors and other plans being released soon ! Read somewhere 2015 is the ETA of the tower and possession to the customers. Hyderabad desperately needs more of such projects to its crown, Good luck with the project Lodha ! :cheers:

Ohkay, not sure how I missed that. :tongue4: So 90 meters is approx. 30floors, ummm interesting, but what we need is a 50+fl tower :ohno:

Anways coming back to the topic, the project seems to be taking off in the same 17acres land where the 9 Belleza towers are being constructed. So that adds another approx 30floors tower to the cluster, wow can't wait for the whole project to finish. :banana:
