Lasnamäe tn.8 are planned three 13-storey apartment buildings with commercial spaces. In addition to that buildings will have 2 underground parking house levels.
Lasnamäe tn.8 is located on the edge Downtown,next to Sossi hill. At the moment site is occupied by derelict 5-storey hospital building,which will be demolished.

My opinion still stands: Estonians have no taste. I wonder when it will change...

You should have asked when will Amhold,R-Konsult,Nord Projekt and few other bureaus producing "great stuff" go bankrupt. :D Once they are gone,quality improves considerably.

It's not a premium location anyway so I don't really care.

And that's where the downward spiral begins...

I'm too tired to care about every single project any more. If I was the one designing stuff, of course I would do my best but since these things are not up to me to decide, I'm just a happier person in general if I care a little bit less.

Haha,KTA's got nice irony - design smth what looks like extremely brutal,god awful neo-commieblock from Eastern Europe. And the worst part is that it actually looks kinda cool. :D

Well,atleast it's good thing that final design hasn't been set yet. I mean, R-Konsult's (proposal?) design was awful.
