incroiyable tous si construction il ya tojour la crise de logement si fou:banana2:

^^ L'Algerie peut construire des millions de logements sans que cette crise ne s'arrete jamais, tant que le citoyen n'apprends pas qu'il n'a pas systématiquement besoin de l'etat pour acquérir un logement, mais c'est bien en avec la culture du travail.

Ceci dit, meme avec le programme précédent et l'actuel, ou, en tout 3 millions de nouveaux logements sont programmés à l'horizon de 2014, et un bon nombre a été deja livré, les prix ne cessent de grimper. ce n'est quand meme pas logique, et je m'interroge sur une eventuelle explosion de la bulle spéculative.

oui en plus il ' y 'a les critères d'attributions qu'il faut respecter , il faut donner aux gens qui en ont réellement besoin de manière équitable pas avec des connaissances.
Et j'avais vu un article qui disait que certains béneficiaires revendait le logement et retournaient vivre en bidonville c'est n'importe quoi !!!

Pas grand chose a part deux ou trois ouvriers (etrhb) au niveau du rond point dely-brahime ouled fayet el achour.
je ne sait pas ce qu'ils font car ca ce passe derrière une petite Coline mais je crois qu'il s'agit de sondage de terrain sur le long du tracé.

quelqu'un peut nous postés le tracé exacte avec les routes pour El Achour et Drarria.

Alors en plus de la densification on a le droit à une extension urbaine vers le sud, les travaux sont deja lancés.
