I really like the design but the podium doesn't go well with the dynamic and adventurous design of the building. I hope it becomes redefined before the structure rises.

i doubt the podium will be the same
the renders are from 2005 and it seems they have old buildings at the base , however, in the satelite image theyseem to have destroyed the buildings at the bottom, there probably will be a new podium design


sadly the bridge infront of the building at the intersection makes the area messy and not as nice, the beauty of this building will be less seen

I updated the title slightly - I read something last week about this in English and they used the English name for jomhury - Republic.

Also, please use proper capitalization when opening a thread.
