Cokaliong buys 9th vessel, building 12-story hotel

Cokaliong Shipping Lines Inc. recently invested $2 million to acquire its
ninth vessel from Japan in order to tap a demand for island transport in major
ports of the Visayas and Mindanao. The company is also building a 12-story

We should leveled up....not going down. It wont cost much money for a renders for a project. Even just for a perspective view.

This will be one of their marketing tools.

Correct! Services for a rendered can be relatively cheap. As a renderer I usually get paid 3000-6000 pesos average for a project! While this may be of a relatively larger scale it's still peanuts compared to the actual construction costs.

sigue ko agi diha 2 months ago. limpyo man kay cementado na ang kalsada sa likod anang Bayfront Hotel. asa kaha nga hugaw sa likod sa Radisson Blu na parking area man na. :)

mao sad ako observation sir...sukad atung pag cemento sa dalan diha. limpyo nmn kaau ang palibot :)
