Pretty smart looking.
It seems that many cities seem to have this design. I just got off a Caracas thread that had a similar one!

It's nice, but nothing fantastic IMO. 8/10

I've always like the simple lines of this building. But it seems to be lacking some nice detailing...

7.0/10 (I try to grade a bit tougher and actually use the scale)

Athletic look building - but it loses points for the annoying white facade.

love the gothicy detailing around the base, fantastic height and is such a prominant landmark in Perth that just "looks good"

Yuck what a disaster for Perth. What were they thinking when they built this monstrosity. And to make it worse its tall. Those glass windows look really cheap and bubbly. Scraps in with a 5.5

The overall design is a bit simple though. It needs a bit more detail in the facade I think.

I love the building except from the back lol. Its not so nice driving to the city from the North and having to see the backside of Bank West :P, but like all of Perth its really nice from the front.

Looks better close up than at a distance.

for the most isolated capital city in the world, a 250m skyscraper isnt too bad! love the stepped effect and tubular frame work. 9/10,

nice building; ugly spire/antenna. a little too short.

I've always loved this building, so it deserves a "9". It still looks ultramodern and everything about it, from the pointed top reaching for the sky and the detailing of all the glass panels, looks good. This building is actually older than I thought it was and is a benefit to Perth, heck, I wish we had this one in Melbourne!

On a strange note, I've always thought this building looked "athletic". Maybe it's the white colour of the building that reminds me of sneakers or the Bank West emblem that looks like Olympic rings, but either way, I'm reminded of jogging. Go figure.
