Di bale, marami pa namang ibang amenities diyan.

kelan kaya magkakaron ng commercial spaces ang DMCI Homes like Avida's Centera? bagay pa naman sana dito nila sinimulan, kasi along EDSA pa. para sa akin lang, di ako nababagayan na residential along EDSA or any other highways alike for the matter. unless may commercial space muna like Avida Centera nga. 1.9 hectares would be a good start naman for a DMCI Shopping Mall.

Nabaha ba itong Zinnia Towers?

Kung malaking mall or commercial center and nasa kabila, sigurado patatayuan nila yan ng tulay.

What I like about Zinnia Towers (http://www.dmcihomes.com/zinnia-towers.php) is its larger unit cuts which means, more space for its dwellers. Aside from that, its unique feature, "Lumiventt Design Technology", is a must- have for every development so to relieve the global warming.

Zinnia Towers (http://www.dmcihomes.com/zinnia-towers.php) is a two 35-storey towers set to rise at the heart of Quezon City . Only 30% of the total 1.9 hectare development will be used for the towers and the remainder of the land will be used as open area for various lifestyle amenities.

we we're talking about light residences, sorry for OT.:)

Anyway, there had been a change with the turnover date of Zinnia Towers' North Tower due to some changes with the construction of the project.

one of the agent from dmci zinnia told me that the main reason why turnover date was moved to 2016 is the planned 3 meter increase in elevation to protect completely the property from flooding. They said the property was spared from floods during the heavy downpour of habagat rains.

DMCI claims that RFO of those who made the reservation August 2012 downwards would still be July 2015? THose who will reserve from Sept 2012 onwards will be May 2016. I wonder how could that be if its still the same building.

They might be talking about the terms of payment will still be payable up to July 2015 only for those who were able to reserve on and before August 2012. Not the turnover date itself, but the number of months payable.

I agree. Its a high rise building, how can they turn over in partial/per unit based on reservation. Even if they will be able to turn over specific units by July 2015, who would want to move in with unfinished corridors and facilities. Not to mention that your neighbors will be the construction workers finishing their works on other units. I feel bad :-(

Don't feel bad, it's for the betterment of the project you chose, better than having problems. And, at the least, you are already informed way ahead of time, you can already make adjustments to your plans.

I feel bad because they are not willing to retructure our payment. DMCI was the one who informed us of the change in RFO date. And when we requested for retructuring to spread the DP until May 2016 RFO, DMCI retracted their earlier statement and insist that they can turn over our unit by July 2016.

Zinnia is a good project if you are looking for property along EDSA and is in a least congested road as compared to E Rogrigues and Cubao.

Both projects are unique in its own way. They both have good location. Both have lumivent technology. It's up to the client where to choose which location is best for them.

Amaryllis malapit sa gimikan at kainan sa Timog, St. Luke's Hospital and one ride away to schools in the Metro via E.Rod..Single tower din sya kaya mas exclusive.

Zinnia nman twin towers, then malapit sa malls like SM North and Trinoma.. and major thoroughfares. Buses,MRT and LRT are just walking distance.

Both are good projects pero ako personally, I prefer Amaryllis more..

im currently looking at the Ondoy Flood Map from the Project Noah Website..
yung area na kung saan itatayo ang Zinnia Towers, ay lubog sa baha during Ondoy, as in red shaded yung area kasi dun napupunta mga baha sa Munoz area. You can check it out guys..

Better rely on the official website of DMCI. www.dmcihomes.com

Some agents are just assuming based on past projects especially during pre-selling stage. If you don't see such amenity mentioned in the official website then don't expect one.. :)

No service area for Zinnia. Generally hi-rise projects don't have them unlike what we have in Tivoli. Service area is computed as well in monthly dues where applicable. When the project was launched, the presentation showed basketball court and badminton court so that might be the reason why.

On the sales side 15% DP spread promo until RFO date (May 2016) valid until Jan 31, 2013

Cheers!

I think Amaryllis has nice location pero it's beside a busy road.. baka maingay.. unlike sa Zinnia.. malayo konti sa EDSA and residential area ang paligid. At mas madali spelling kesa sa Amarylis..
