I have searched for pictures and a render of this tower a couple of times. But now blue-style made a post and I found a render that according to Google was uploaded 1 day ago.

6 months later and still nothing much to see. But the developer is still actively promoting the apartments, the sales will start in March so it doesn't seem to be on hold. The sales website even states that the completion will in March 2014, 1 month earlier then the date on the construction sign. This should mean that full blown above ground construction should start any time now, hopefully we won't have to wait another 6 months for the next update just to see that the tower has almost topped out.
