Sometone (I don't think I could have done it accidentally) has changed my SSC to Spanish interface, anyone know how to change back to English?

go to the bottom left hand corner on the blue bar it says english choose that one

we had this problem before its a glitch

Thanks, I check everywhere (in Spanish) and couldn't find anything, it is so simple, maybe I did cause it accidentally.
