yup its new. this is one of the new condo projects of sta lucia land. their other projects are sta lucia residenze - a four tower cluster adjacent to their sta lucia mall, east belair malapit sa makro cainta, neopolitan tower, and now the occupied la breza tower sa may abs cbn.
