Not really sure how to word this??

Okay well I just completely restored my computer because I was having problems with it...but now its different. When I go onto this site every single image and picture on the pages is blurry/grainy/kinda dark and choppy looking. When before the pictures were completely clear. I have 7.0 on the computer now instead of 8.0 which is what I had before but is there something I have to change as far as screen formatting to make the pictures more clear or what?
