things are looking better for office development in Sydney.
the derelict 15storey bldg next to former Millineum tower now Uc Zenith will be converted to office tower

About bloody time!! Kings Cross needs more towers. It has so much potential.

Im not familiar with kings cross but 80m for an area with not alot is quite good.

It's next door to the former Millennium Hotel/future Zenith residential tower. Keep in mind this office proposal is not a new tower, but a refurb and change of use for a particularly horrible existing tower.

I believe it still holds this tittle. As they say, it has the look and feel of Manhattan if you are into that kind of urban atmosphere here in Australia ....

^^Come 2006, that title will be held by SOBA (South of Bathurst) apparently (according to Bernard Salt of KPMG - the king of demographics).
