Neither do I. It looks like some ugly residential towers built in 80-s in Zagreb.

Wel, thanks guys for your maybe too much open coments, I wouldn´t make the similar ones about Zagreb, or Belgrade...
I like it. Not because it is constructed in my city, even if this play some kind of role..
It´s functional, simple and sobre clolored. This skyscraper do not have special anglings, or phantastic colors, it´s just normal residential and administrative building. And it will add the skyscrapers collection of Bratislava-the modern one NBS tower, VUB building,... and the older ones: Istropolis, STV tower. Istropolis was undergoing under reconstruction recently, it is not the only one...

O.K. Singidunum, maybe I should edit the post and delete the "after completition" photo? Otherwise, you´re right.

Wicky, I actually think that this building is pretty impressive! Good information provided! There should be more information about Bratislava on this forum! So, tell me...Is the construction booming like in Sarajevo, Zagreb, etc.?

Wicky, intention of my comment wasn't to offend you. Actualy, I am very glad to see that Bratislava is building towers, but design is too "usual", if you know what I mean.

By the way, I think you failed total office space. It can't be 4.000 m2. Maybe 40.000 m2?

Long foot, 4000 m2 is purposed for office space. Other space is deserved for residential flats.
Well, guys, long live healthy criticism!

Dear Othmar,
I definitely think, our cities will become and already are becoming closer in the future. I was impressed, when on a Vienna Stephan´s dome is a big sign: "Welcome our new European neighbours!". This sign is at the Hainburger Gate in Hainburg as well.
Austrian companies were the first forecomers to enter our countries, when we were deep down in the beginning of the 90ies, after that almost everybody else came.
There is already a cooperation in infrastructure, however a pity that the highway from Austrian side is starting now, from Slovakian side is about 5 years ready.
Austrians make shoppings in Petrzalka, Slovaks goes to Vienna for more specialised goods, building plots of Wolfsthal and Hainburg are already in the offers of Bratislava real estate agencies, many of Austrian chains you can find in Bratislava and the whole Slovakia.
Still, Bratislava is not on the Vienna level, but we are trying strongly to catch it up. Despite usual contacts - Austrians, Germans, Swiss and Slovaks, Czechs, Poles the cooperation should be performed.
There was already a proposal for the future airport project. Who knows..

I would say now is the time to construct the larger complexes, like Pribinova zone, or River Park. The historical part of the city went through reconstruction in the second half of 90ies. Following up started the construction of shopping malls, which is IMO saturated now. Of course, middle sized residential, business and other complexes are still under construction.

I think ESO is fine.
Anyway, dont´t you mind sending a PM message? Through skyscrapercity.com, of course :)
A sakra, myslím, že by sme mali požívať angličtinu! Alebo po blavácky?
