If you just count the floors even sa rendering, it is 18F not 17F.. you can just simply count it........ :D

i think its confirmed na. ..the source might have mistaken the condo component as residential units..

it is also confirmed that this is not 17F as you pointed out... instead even higher than the 18F as known..:D

I've changed the floor count to 19F. We actually do not count the open-air roof deck, which is referred to as the 20th level in this case. Did I get this right?

The podium still has some and this is probably because there's still a lot next to it that sits by the actual corner. I wonder what the next building is going to be, but there's only two lots left on that row--both on the corners facing each other (the lot next to Park Central and the lot on the other side next to TGU).

If these two were also occupied, that would all be filled out on both sides for two blocks' length and would look like Makati with stunted buildings. Hehe.

Cebu Landmasters lines up major projects for next year

CEBU, Philippines - Apart from its recent topping-off ceremonies of its Base Line Residences project, Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) has lined up three to four major property developments to be launched next year that serves to be a testimony of the booming real estate market in the locality.

CLI President and Chief Executive Officer Jose Soberano III said that the 2013 pipeline of the company encompasses a combination of vertical, horizontal and office developments in the Cebu community.

He said that the first project which will be introduced in March of next year will be called the Park Central, a 19-storey office building situated at Cebu IT Park.
It will be then followed by mid-rise condominium towards the Salinas drive, catering to the middle-income market segment which includes business process outsourcing executives and managers.

The 1.6-hectare property will house 7 buildings which will be constructed starting on the second half of 2013.

I think they are referring to the MIDORI RESIDENCES LAHUG... all having 12-15 storeys each... :D

the adjacent lot where park centrale will rise is owned by uratex. there were negotiations with the lot owner before but joint venture is now dead. uratex will build their own project there. hopefully it will be something great and a great addition to cebu i.t. park's growing skyline of skyscrapers.

There will be zero residential in Park Central. EbusinessBPO has already reserved to buy and build out four floors at Park central for their expansion needs. EbusinessBPO operates in Cebu IT tower with one floor 1300 square meters and 400 agents they will expand to Park Central buying four floors including an admin office on the 18th floor where they will maintain their back end office projects along with all company accounting. The 18th floor will also contains all 5 training rooms and conference rooms, and client reception areas. EbusinessBPO also in in process of developing BPO offices in Guadalajara Mexico where they will run their bilingual call center to service the hispanic markets in the USA.
Company growth by 2014 estimated to grow to 75,000 square feet in three centers and 1000 employees.

This is also in celebration of the developer’s 10th year of service and expertise in the real estate industry.

Last Thursday, CLI President and Chief Executive Officer Jose Soberano III introduced Park Centrale, a 19-storey office building with one-level basement that is strategically located at Cebu IT Park.

Aside from the project’s supreme location, Soberano expressed excitement on its design features, amenities, responsible design, and vast potential expected to give every client the business edge he/she long needs.
