In the render you see 4 towers, the one the right was completed a years ago. The 2 tallest next to it is the Harumi Island 3-chome West District A2 & A3 Project that is currently on hold. So with the start of the construction of the 4th and smallest tower the whole Harumi 3-chome redevelopment project is restarted.

The height was raised from the initial 110m to 119m, but there's still no proper render of the tower.

There aren't many updates on this project, on the left of this picture you see that there are still enough heavy machinery on site.

The final height has been reduced by 4 meter from 119.2m to 115.2m. The roof height remains the same, it's just a change of the design of the rooftop structure. Since we haven't seen a proper design yet I can't really say how this affects the look of the tower.

Nope, we will see the restart there next month.

This site is located right behind the new police station that is under construction right now. There seems to be no activity anymore. It could be that they move all the equipment from the site in the weekend. It could also be that it's between 2 construction phases or it's put on hold just like what happened to the other 2 towers. With those 2 starting in December we should see some other updates soon, we'll have to wait and see what will happen here.

I don't know what they are doing here, they are still working but there's again no machinery to be seen on the site.
