I would have to agree with you on this one! That is one heck of a boring, useless building. I did mention previously that anything to increase the downtown density of Accra is welcome but this is just pushing it. They might aswell have built another 3 bedroom bungalow! A whole State insurance company Financial center! They should go check out the kind of projects being undertaken by similar institutions in Addis, Dar and Luanda.
