Sorry for my ignorance but I was wondering what are they building right beside the Go Train tracks and beside the ACC in the old parking lot?

I'm not sure but I would like to know what they are building between mimico and exhibition very close to the GO train lines.

It's called Tides. It's actually right across the train tracks from my house.
