Skövde - New Swedish city to join Skyscrapercities!

A new approved (I think) 18 floor building in the medium sized town of Skövde.
The building will be student apartments.

hmm seems everybody got universities today, even small towns with only 50 000 inhabitians :( Why not build one i Delsbo or in Sälen also. There's only 3 real universities and thats Lund,Uppsala and Umeå, maybe also Stockholm and Göteborg.
