Manila Tower btw is 50 floors..with the view deck being on the 50th floor....

Manila Tower btw is 50 floors..with the view deck being on the 50th floor....

No prob. Totally agree TRAG is a great looking condo, I especially like the crowns. Location is definitely one of the best for convenience, it must be great having Greenbelt and Glorietta literally on your doorstep. they are still my favourite malls :cheers:

Thanks for the info about the floor count, so Laguna must be the same? how about San lorenzo? Also maybe someone can confirm if the roof deck is included in the floor count? if not that would still leave 49 floors unless maybe the penthouses are bi level and counted as one. Once we clear that up I will ask a mod to edit the thread title :)

the highest floor on the Laguna Tower is the 48th flr penthouse....above that is just the roof deck....

while in Manila Tower the highest is the 49th flr penthouse..but above that is the 50th Sky (Party Deck)..where unit owners can reserve the place and hold private parties...entertain guests..and just relax and enjoy the awesome sights....great for watching fireworks during holidays.....

you will also notice that Manila is slightly taller than Laguna by looking at the two....with San Lorenzo ofcourse the tallest in the middle...

Ok thanks dan, so it should be Laguna 48 floors, San lorenzo 57 and Manila 49. this also means the height measurement for Manila tower is wrong.
