I am new to Malaysia forum but old to SSC. A friend of mine is interested in buying an apartment or house in KL or its suburbs for investment/rental income. I was told that Mont Kiara and Sri Hartamas are popular places for investment. I want to know if this is true.

Also, if anyone could guide me to a website which has property listings (ads) in these areas.

Aren't u from UAE. You're MOST WELCOMED to Malaysia. I hope that more and more Arab Gulf citizens make their way and invest alot here. I'm a BIG fan of Arabian Gulf countries; whatever I saw there are incredible , amazing development and perfect society I haven't seen anywhere. Whatever I heard in media about Arab Gulf countries becomes fairy tale absolutely. :cheers:
