Artproject has been selected as hospitality design consultant for this unique mountain SPA & Resort hotel, located approximately 120 km out of Baku - Capital. Project being developed by Renaissance Construction listed in ENR’s Top 225 int’l contractors. Our scope is to lead architectural / landscape / interior and MEP design development projects based on conceptual design developed by FXFowle.

Complex will contain up to 200 hotel rooms, 4 tree house blocks that accommodate 8 suites each, 2 medium and 1 large villa, complete with entertainment center and Medical Spring Water SPA - Sanatorium facilities. Unique and timeless modern design has been shaped by the landscape of the stunning mountain skirts. Ancient Chiraq-Qala fortress at the top of the mountain just completes the landscape friendly architectural composition with relaxing view of mountains and Caspian sea.

"Renaissance Construction" has started the construction process of "Qala Alti Hotel Spa" project which is located in Azerbaijan. Spa Hotel takes its name from historical settlement calls Qala Alti which will be also location for the project next to the source of healing water.

Entire conceptual architectural design and design development drawing of the project have been done by Design Group of Renaissance Construction by using 3D design software called "Revit".

Construction works of the Hotel with total area of 38.000 m2 will be completed by "Renaissance Construction" within a period of 18 months.

“Qala Altı Hotel SPA” kompleksinin tikintisinə başlanılmışdır

Şabranda Qalaaltı sağlamlıq istirahət zonasında yeni kompleksin tikintisinə başlanılmışdır.
Rayon icra hakimiyyətindən AzərTAc-a bildirmişlər ki, istirahət zonası yenidən qurulur. Qalaaltı sanatoriyanın ərazisi genişləndirilmiş, müasir standartlara cavab verən “Qala Altı Hotel SPA”-nın tikintisinə başlanılmışdır. Rayonu kifayət qədər şöhrətləndirən sağlamlıq-istirahət zonasının yeni tikintisində işlər sürətlə həyata keçirilir. Hazırda ərazidə hotellərin tikintisi aparılır.
Ölkənin turizm potensialına öz töhfəsini verəcək “Qala Altı Hotel SPA” sağlamlıq-istirahət mərkəzinin tikintisi üçün 7 hektar sahə ayrılmışdır. Mərkəzin 2013-cü ildə istifadəyə verilməsi nəzərdə tutulmuşdur.

Если честно я вообще не понимаю почему там строят этот отель? Там до этого был буфет (бизим дилде десек ашхана:) ) для отдыхающих, следовательно мне кажется что просто надо было реставрировать всю санаторию или построить этот отель вместо уже имеющихся объектов - коттеджей . Зачем уничтожать лес, чтобы построить этот долбанный отель. Еще сверху старый замок, а отель уничтожит вид замка. Короче надо пичкать тех кто дает согласие на такую планировку.

а мне очень нравится, для развития туризма такие отели просто необходимы
