I was up at Caloundra a couple of weeks ago for the first time in a while, and it was amazing to see that quite a number of projects have finished or were close to finished and have really added to the density around town. Very impressive from the ocean!

Nice work JayT - I didn't realise there was so much going on on the SC.
Anyone who saw The Price is Right recently would be familiar with Ramada Pelican Waters - an apartment was a prize in the maga showcase for a while.

There is more than that around Caloundra, some new one called LaStella but i can't find it in google, also there is one on the corner near my house i'll have to check the name of it.
Maroochydore has LOTS going on, the amount of cranes is amazing :)
