a couple of new towers are announced from al fattan properties!!! the guys who build the marine towers within beach residence

will be released very soon


Al Fattan Properties has received permission to build a 53-storey tower at Dubai Marina. Construction Week revealed in August that towers beyond the 30 and 40-storeys mark and up to 60-storeys were becoming a reality and would be announced soon.

there are towers at the beginning of construction in media city along al sufouh road
opposite palm jumeirah entrance

there is no pic of the tower on the signboard yet, but both are designed by dar consult!

this means, these two will be built in media city

the kharbash tower looks like al seet tower (dubai marina), also designed by dar

i somehow have a feeling the kharbash tower will not be in media city
it is possible there are two boards for al ghaith tower, but without pictures on them

the tower on the left on szr has been renamed to al manara tower
but yes there is some similarity, but it looks more similar to al seef tower, check it

maybe i should tell you that all plots in the upper marina, where le reve, number one, al seef, marina heights, al marsa,... is all plots are under construction

i guess the sign boards will be up soon. i will keep an eye on them as long as i'm here

but someone MUST check this area frequently because there will be dozens of new towers with sign boards going up in next few weeks

I read in contrustion weekly that there were 2 new towers for szr and that cshk has won the badriya deal. no pics though. one tower was 50 stories

yes,
i guess two of them will be the marina gardens and najad tower, but there are about 8 plots at ground work with no signboard up!

There are several mid rise towers near the greens appartments along SZR, I also saw a few along the new pslm interchange (boardings are up but i did not get details from them) I dont know if there are threads about them but ill post this anyway

those mid-rise towers you've seen next to the greens are those i've seen as well
will still go there the next days

these are about 20 to 25 floors. at least the renders on the boards look like this
nothing too interesting though
