Its a monument tower. :D That'll be the best way to put it.

Because its called "Minar-e-Pakistan", Minar = Tower, e = of, and Pakistan is Pakistan !

Its not tall at all, its really small, altho these pictures make it look like a mid-sized tower. But its only 60 meters tall. It was built back in the 1940's. :)
