Δεν υπάρχει άλλη πρωτεύουσα με τέτοιες παραλίες. Λίγο ακριβά το μπάνιο βέβαια άλλα είναι πολύ καθαρές και οργανωμένες. Το λαγονήσι είναι καθαρά Vip, κρίμα.

Mπράβο carpe diem για τις φωτογραφίες βούλας και βάρκιζας. Είναι σίγουρα από τις καλύτερες περιοχές της Ελλάδας. Τώρα όσο για τις οργανωμένες παραλίες οι μισές επενδύσεις έχουν πάει σε υποδομές όπως αποχετεύσεις κτλ. Και οι επιχειρηματίες δεν κονομάνε όλοι. Άλλοι είναι με δάνεια, άλλοι μπαίνουν μέσα και άλλοι κερδίζουν. Και όπως είπες αν θέλεις τζάμπα βρίσκεις εύκολα. :)

Όταν ζεις σε μια πόλη 3.7εκ έχει και το ανάλογο κόστος διαβίωσης.
2) Τι σχέση έχει ο πληθυσμός της Αθήνας με την τιμολογιακή πολιτική που έχουν οι ιδιωτικές επιχειρήσεις για τις παραλίες;Ας υποθέσουμε ότι η Αθήνα έχει 1,5 εκ. κατοίκους και ο πολίτης πάει να κάνει μπάνιο π.χ στην Β’ Βούλας.Σε αυτήν την περίπτωση,θα πληρώσει μειωμένο εισιτήριο;

3) Είναι αλήθεια ότι τα προϊόντα διατροφής που πωλούνται μέσα στις οργανωμένες αυτές παραλίες είναι πανάκριβα;

Τώρα όσο για τις οργανωμένες παραλίες οι μισές επενδύσεις έχουν πάει σε υποδομές όπως αποχετεύσεις κτλ. Και οι επιχειρηματίες δεν κονομάνε όλοι. Άλλοι είναι με δάνεια, άλλοι μπαίνουν μέσα και άλλοι κερδίζουν.

As you can see, the southern suburbs (and northern, pics soon to come) are second to none in my opinion... the perceptions of Athens completely blown away in these residential areas and coastal living. Beach, sun, and GREENARY. This is where you want to raise a family. (and many do)
