STR December 7th, 2004, 05:46 AM Another placeholder for additonal buildings that won't fit into any of the above categories. TowersNYC December 7th, 2004, 02:36 PM That's why NYC is the greatest city on earth!! :) AMS guy December 8th, 2004, 11:30 AM These articles rock my world :) I love NYC of the 30's and of course NYC of nowadays too. :) But those "cathedrals" of the past were amazing. Is there someone here who also suffered of the fact that Singer Building was demolished? Sometimes when I look at old pics of NYC I simply want to cry! DamienK December 9th, 2004, 12:43 PM Yes, I saw the replacement in 2003, heartbreaking. STR December 16th, 2004, 05:13 AM One thing I thought was cool was that 40 Wall's pinnicle was orignially going to be glass.
