btw, aurora has finished construction and now has residents living in it.

platinum is another building in maroochydore that is nearing completion of construction, it is near aurora. all of the apartments in platinum have been sold.

another recently completed building is the duporth, down from platinuim at maroochydore.

best way of staying up to date with brisbane, gold coast and sunshine coast resi projects is to read the unit reports released by prd research - www.prd.com.au/research/ - new website coming soon, that one sucks. reports will remain the same tho.
