anything over 12storeys is a scraper, so its tall enough to get own thread.(Ambience is 16). im always searching for under12storey projects but there arent that many around? most seem to be tallies!

Has this started yet? For some reason I've got it under UC in the project guide but doesn't sound like it has. The little 7 storey tower will go up first apparentely.

Report on page 18 of today's GC Bulletin mentions that Australand has begun construction on Ambience.

The main subject of the article is about the completion of the road and drainage works in Burleigh's CBD.

Also mentions another project on The Esplanade at Burleigh by Canberra-based Amalgamated Property Group planning for "luxury Burleigh boutique living".
