Well, lloking at the map, the towers are planned exactly on the area where "Seminar Hakibutzim" is located - so I doubt if it's a serious plan.

I agree ! Perhaps I would like it more if the towers (possibly more than three given the size of the area) were surrounding the green space rather than being on one side.

Yeah, the towers look like a big wall, a glass wall, but still, a wall.

I know the seminar kibutzim plan and towers and its going to look 100 times better than this... I think this maybe an old proposal for the competition that there was on designing it.
