Nice pictures; I've never seen Singapore from that view before. It makes it look so much bigger than the stock views of the CBD.

Generally yes, but they seem to be particular about mobile phones and tend to leave me alone with the digicam :D

OMG!!!!!! :eek2: Those are the best pictures from a plane I have ever seen!!!!! So clear!! Love the skyline, even I have never seen Singapore that way before! Btw, what airline did you take?

The East Coast has many tall condos, near the sea. But all rarely seen by people outside of Singapore.

Also along at east coast is Bedok Lighthouse, which towers 78m tall.

For me the most beautiful Skyline on earth! :)

OMG... suddenly it feels so worth living in my country heh heh heh! the colours really enhance the pristine ambience of our garden city. So still! So caught up in the moment of sunset, like a garden slipping into raiments of dusk as the last leaves spill gold. The motiffs of a beautiful urbanscape - pond, coast, manicured golf course, golden highrise. heh heh! and our CBD looks far more substantial than the postcards typically portray. WOW! Should be included in the latest URA celebratory book lah.

great photographs. i really want to go to singapore to experience the "cleanest city on earth" and make comparisons to hong kong. im looking forward to that little india flavor and the greater cultural diversity.

Great shots Raffles City!! I really enjoyed the pics of the Downtown and the harbor area with the numerous commercial ships waiting patiently to dock. I see why it's one of the busiest harbors in the world.
