High-rise for the city heart

The Howard Group which has undertaken three tower developments in the heart of the Gold Coast is laying plans for a fourth, at the southern end of Main Beach.

The tower is earmarked for a 2382sqm site with frontage to Main Beach Parade, Higman Street and the Gold Coast Highway

Any one heard anything on this? I am assuming it is not Axis, how close would this be located to it?

Nothing on the website. I love Main Beach proposals because they're virtually guaranteed to sell out quick smart. Anyway, it's sure to be 20-30 storeys and consist of 2 apartments per floor as per most new buildings in this area.
