Yamauchi December 17th, 2004, 07:33 AM Nice post, thanks for the information. Where are you from?
teddybear December 17th, 2004, 05:24 PM I remember, the other 2 towers are arranged behind the other, not besides like shown above. Not sure if later they change. I heard in the 90's that the sale of the first tower is not that great. But why the are building the second tower now? Is it because the sale is better now? Surabaya usually is not into apartment.
laba-laba December 19th, 2004, 05:26 PM how is the apartment business in surabaya?
Fir3blaze January 18th, 2005, 11:22 AM In Surabaya, most ppl still prefer "landed property" to apartment. Most of the apartment built so far are also too expensive for average citizens (esp. comparing the size and price).
PS: Heard that the Supermall Pakuwon (SPI) complex is supposed to have a few blocks of apartments next to it. (maybe they'll build it in the future).
David-80 January 18th, 2005, 05:09 PM Yeah i saw that supermall pakuwon rendering, it supposed to have 4 apartement tower rite? looking very huge!
cheers
OPTX January 22nd, 2005, 08:06 PM David, do you have the rendering picture of supermall pakuwon ?

I got this pic from Eratjandra.com. This is probably rendering picture of pakuwon city in west surabaya. In the circle is pakuwon trade center.

cheers
teddybear January 23rd, 2005, 06:06 PM David,
I just post here part of the article I posted on page 4 of Surabaya thread:
....
....
I have not seen the supermall myself, but toward end of this year I will visit Surabaya and see it.
OPTX January 24th, 2005, 09:12 AM A few months ago I read in a newspaper about superbloc Pakuwon city. It was claimed as the bigest comercial area in Indonesia.
Pakuwon city is built in area of 30 ha in some phases, built by PT. Pakuwon Permai ( Pakuwon Group ). The first phase (completed) costed about Rp 1 trillion for building Supermall pakuwon Indah. It has 90,000 sqm of retail space. And Rp 1 trillion is enough money to build 60-70 storeys building.
Pakuwon permai is a huge company. Most of their properties are in Surabaya. They have built a big plaza complex in central Surabaya, Tunjungan plaza (1-4). The complex includes 3 high towers, BBD/ Mandiri tower, Sheraton Hotel (28 F) and Regency Apartment (about 30 F). They also have some others plaza, a lot of housing complex, golf area, etc.
---
Surabaya will also have another big colmplex like this, E-square (under construction), built by a developer from singapore. The complex consits of Trade center mall (11 storeys) and Adistana apartment (4 towers, 16-26 storeys).
David-80 January 24th, 2005, 02:39 PM Thanks guys, pakuwon is really a massive project. Btw OPTX, can you list the floor of each apartment in west surabaya? I am a bit curious though :)
cheers
teddybear January 24th, 2005, 06:54 PM OPTX,
What I know is the Singapore developer is building Trade Center Mall, but surprise that they are taking over the stalled Adistana Apt. project. Since Adistana stalled, it has become an eye sore.
Found just part of the rendering:

Looking for a complete rendering of E Square.
BTW, this thread should be under Surabaya development thread.
Ojak December 13th, 2005, 08:11 AM Surabaya is really running fast.
