Now here's something that pops out of the mediocre Sydney skyline, as I think only a handful of Sydney skyscrapers look nice. 8/10 Fits wonderously well with the World Tower.

impressive and huge, the dark glass also suits the city well

just find it a little messy-looking :)

I forgot to mention, it reminds me of 1 Marina Boulevard the most. Its the "messiness" like you say Raffles.

You really have to see it in the flesh, I mean the cladding to truly appreciate it.

For me, there's a bit too much vent grating on the southern side on the facade (not so much the World Tower side) for my liking.

8.5 from moi.

It fits next too World Tower and the rest of the city. But the tower isn't far too impressive. 7/10

It looks dull and busy at the same time. Confusing, but 7/10

the building turned out far better than what its renderings depicted. i like its rich dark green color that makes it stand out. but the building looks a bit cheap with the spire. they should've just gotten rid of it and build the building 222m to the roof instead.

Next to the World Tower, looks too short. The design it too common, nothing makes it unique. Just an average building. 5

Too simple... Sydney is amazing, but this building doesn't add much to its skyline, just an average building - 5!!! (The WT is 10)

nice additon to sydney's southern CBD. The WORLD SQUARE site is still going after 20 years of delays. This is the 3rd tower out of 4 to be completed.
should look good when no4 tower is finished to complete the city block!

I loooooooove this building! Every major financial city should at least have a building similar to this. The dark turqoise-like glass blends in perfectly with the skyline, and I'm really infatuated with that vertical rectangular box on the top right of it for some reason, hah. It's a real architectural gem though, and it's also one of Sydney's best buildings.

This building is boring...

Its a nice addition to George St. though, if only we could have 150m towers running right down to Broadway. That would be awesome

World Square has finally come out from obscurity. For 20 years it was a hole in the ground and now it is the centre of the southern city centre of Sydney. I like the entire development, but Latitude is definately the most stylish of the towers. It is simple and certainly not iconic, but it fits well into the skyline.

A very classy yet simple building. There is a lot of excellent detail work with the facade that is much better appreciated in person than viewed with pictures.

I agree wholeheartedly

it is just yet another UGLY and bulky and absolutely BOOOOORING building. The whole WORLD SQUARE block is DISGUSTING!!!!!

Why can't we get some inspiring buildings in the southern area of the CBD???

maybe buildings more like....

http://skyscraperphotos.com/cit/dsy00/d/izsy075.jpg

or maybe

http://www.sydney-australien.de/sehenswuerdigkeiten/hochhaeuser/images/0039-11-17-02-an-23.jpg

instead of such a boring and mundane building.

What would of course be more preferable is if Sydney could get some REALLY awe-inspiring building - and maybe even at least one supertall to add a large spike in the skyline.??

By itself it would be relatively unimpressive, but as part of World Square it works well. World Square completely dominates the skyline from most points in the city.

The E&Y Centre@ Latitude World Square is a great office building. Such a difference then seeing another boring box go up.It has great glass and its top is the best section. nice industrial look with large cross blade and soaring spire. what more do you want from a building as part of the 4 tower complex.
you should stop posting thoughtless replies. really is getting boring and mundane.
