That's wonderful news. I guess only time will tell what kind of impact this will have on Chicago in terms of job growth, but for the immediate future, one of our large companies just gained some size and visibility, which is a huge short term plus.

I think the biggest impact is that it demonstrates that Exelon is healthy and has the means and appetite to grow, rather than being taken over. There aren't a whole lot of Chicago companies that can say that these days.

I wouldn't be surprised if Northern Trust went on a mini buying spree in the near future.
