That's true.
I read somewhere football friendly match Japan vs Koear takes place in 2003.
Besides East Asia Football Championship 2003 Final take places in Japan on May 28th in 2003. Japan, Korea, China are selected. Chian is no rival for both Japan and Korea. Which is No1, Japan or Korea ?

41 stories? that would be about 150m?

k, ill use it where ever is possible :)

mookiecece
January 23rd, 2003, 07:10 AM
I bet the height of the tallest tower will be around 150m if not taller.. well I'd say it will be around 175 maybe? it's going to be a residential tower so even on 41 floors it wouldn't break the 200m mark I think.

SUNNI
January 23rd, 2003, 07:47 AM
170m would dominate the skyline pretty well, its gonna look so good..

mookiecece
January 23rd, 2003, 09:21 AM
they won't look that tall since they are getting built next to hyperion 1 towers which are all over 200m. mokdong skyline would be comparable to dogokdong skyline then. that'd be two tall skylines made mostly of residential towers.

Puffdaddy

Thanx for the map~^^ I can't specificly pick one but... let see.. maybe in more general..

1)Where are the governmental buildings concentrated?? (like City hall or the parlment)
2)Where is the downtown areas
3)There are mountain in the middle of Seoul~?? and perhaps how high?? (the one with a tall tower on the top...)

Sorry, this may not be easy to answer~~ hmm~ but alway be intersted to know where the huk is this in Seoul~?? I big is it??:D

mookiecece
January 24th, 2003, 05:57 AM
here's a map in english
http://myhome.hanafos.com/~jooho/images/mapofseoul.gif

that should give you a better understanding,

traditional CBD/downtown is located where it says jongrogu district and junggu district near all those dots and the city hall and the mountain(nam-san) is located where the seoul tower is... I think the namsan mountain is about 250m high. Seoul had about 10.4 million residents in 2000. its populatino is slowly declining but its metro population is getting bigger.

Seoul isn't THAT big in terms of landsize... it's just as big as NYC in landsize I think. it has dense developoments all throughout the city that connects to its satelite cities and other big cities like Incheon and Suwon. Tell your sister to take a lots of pics when she's there!!

It's called Government housing complex. Seoul is a huge city over 10 million people with a limited land size, and so it's sometimes necessary to build a complex in a large scale.

that should give you a better understanding,

traditional CBD/downtown is located where it says jongrogu district and junggu district near all those dots and the city hall and the mountain(nam-san) is located where the seoul tower is... I think the namsan mountain is about 250m high. Seoul had about 10.4 million residents in 2000. its populatino is slowly declining but its metro population is getting bigger.</td></tr>

This map makes me more confusing :?

This Jung-gu(traditional CBD) pic is taken in 1975, the time during the dictatorship of President Park. But ironically, the Korean economic system has been grown so fast during the 70's. And that's why this pic has some of high-rise buildings and residential apartments.
