I was yesterday evening at the Syntagma square and also at the Zappion and Ermou Street
I have to admit it was fantastic, all the street musicians .... in ermou an Russian band played russian music at the Syntagma square was an an other band the air was full of joy (and rush)Unfortunately my digicam broke) :bash: so that I couldn’t make any Pictures but next week I will buy a new cam and make the photos, but I found some on the net :)
There is everyday view events

The beat goes on all day long in Athens with plenty of song and spectacle for all.
Daily happenings include Greek and foreign music concerts, street theatre shows as well as acrobats, jugglers, drummers, choirs, DJs and magicians in action. For 22 days, 421 artists will put on 260 shows whipping up holiday euphoria throughout the city.
Artists performing include Micro, Krotala, Helen Kane, Rin Tin Tin, Scopitone, Frantic V, Mr Alexander, Pantum Street Theatre, HELIX Street Theatre, the Cosmopolitans, the Typaldos Choir, Thanasis Serkos Band, Take the Money and Run.
Venues:
Syntagma, Omonia, Kotzia, Korai, Pangrati, Kolonaki, Fokionos Negri, Klafthmonos squares, Zappeion Gardens and along the Ermou pedestrian walkway
