Does anybody know what townhouses these are and where exactly they're located?

^ I don't know what that development is called, but it's on the North Branch of the river, maybe a mile or so north of where the river splits downtown.

No, actually I just passed by there the other day, and it's called Kinzie Place, if I remember correctly. Kinzie something.

Also, it's not a mile north of the main branch. More like a hundred meters.
