Prince Majed park is located in north east Jiddah, in Rabwa district. It's bound by Sari street, and Macaroni street, and it covers an area of 200 thousand square meters.
The Jeddah municipality has announced a major revamp for the park that's scheduled to take 24 months and cost 25 million Riyals.The park will be relandscaped with the centrepiece being a treelined and fountained path leading to a large piazza with a tent roofed hall (suitable for large events). Another major attraction is a 3 storey entertainment centre that features and an ice rink, bowling alley, and large food court. It is designed to have curtain glass walls ensuring great views of the park. Also in the project is a children's club, a row of restaurants lined along Macaroni street, fastfood outlets, outdoor cafes and playgrounds.
