Nice shots! I've been to Roosevelt Island once, not really to tour the island of course, just to check out the views and walk around. It's a good visit during one of those long summer days.

I don't know much about the place.. seems like with the right plan, Roosevelt could be developed into a sweet little community smack dab in the middle of paradise...

It is. The island has some large condo developments, all located in a parklike setting. No cars are allowed on the island, so all the "streets" are for pedestrians only. Someone who know more can expand on the topic...

Chill, the Queensborough Bridge is cool, it could use a paint job, but I like the design. Notice how the bridge is featured in alot of movies too for some reason? It was at the ending in Spider Man and another movie I saw the other day, wonder why.

Anyway, I take the N/W trains into Manhattan so I get a glance at it alot. I like it, it's different and it's design always makes me think art deco for some reason.
