I supposed, PacSun and Hot Topic need opening new store at mall.

Note: Hollywood & Highland really have Hot Topic.

Other Mall: FallBrook Center and Topanga Plaza-Hot Topic needs. Both really have PacSun.

hot topic sucks

Both of those stores suck. I hope both of them leave every mall in the South Bay area because they are the epidemy of pop culture. They make skateboarding look bad for real. What they need to do is open up some L-R-G stores everywhere.

lol. Most people have own differnet personity on like or hate store, PacSun and Hot Topic was popular store and spread to all of US including Puerto Rican. I loves PacSun and Hot Topic. California need more Buckle store too.

It couldn't shut down both store in South Bay because most people need this store. You don't like then don't need go there too. It have in Del Amos Fashion Square, Long Beach Town Center, Galleria at South Bay, Los Cerritos Center and few more on other store or mall. PacSun is native for California.

Few cons about Hot Topic.
No Emerica clothes
No Hurley Intl. Rock/Punk style
Not many Tripp pant
No Juno and Plugg because both brand was rock/punk. (It can be find in department store).

Few cons about PacSun.
I don't like Bullhead clothes but I'm accept to buy some. :bash:
Not many jeans as like regular Quiksilver, Billabong, Volcom, Fox Racing, O'Neill, Independent and Element.

I like Von Dutch store better than Hot Topic, I like real Quiksilver, Billabong, Volcom and Fox Racing store. (No dealer)

I think, It will sucks if Hot Topic opening store at Crenshaw Baldwin Hill Plaza, PacSun is okay for opening store. I supposed it same with South Bay Pilivon.
