has any one seen the convinience store over the road its a subway/convenience store in one [open 24 hours to]:)

well the convieience store is okay... but they really need a supermkt there... i stayed around there earlier this yr and it is damn troublesome to go shopping for groceries...
The best building is the one of the tallest point in east perth... around 10 stories high and quite wide... i forget the name of it... but coming from teh north it makes a great impression when you come down from the farmer fwy turn off. you can also see it from newcastle st in nthbridge

upper eastside....

i guess when eastern gateway has finished a major supermarket should open as the population for that area could be around 10,000

Just Launched, Should be great I hope the cafe has an alfresco area on the waterfront, it would be a great location so sip a coffee, the new retail spaces and bar will be great to, I got a letter in the mail the other day about the launch, only 20 or so apartments

there was an article in todays WA business news, it said the areas first bar will open in september in the development called baileys majestic brasery, an upmarket coffee shop will take tenancy facing Royal street, and a new restaurant will have a massive alfreso area overlooking the inlet...

Sounds very nice. I driven through East Perth a few times on the weekends, seems very quiet, maybe this will perk it up a bit.

according to businessnews it opened this week. this can go to the completed project section.

went past last night when going to the 24hr subway. building is complete but the retail stores/cafes have not opened yet

went and had a look today looks very nice! the cafe/bar is brilliant giving some life to the area and a great spot to look at the cove and enjoy the great weather. also there is quite a few other leased spaces along the cove and royal street to open soon.
